I grew up listening to The Eagles, Dan Fogelberg, CSNY, and The Allman Brothers. So I started learning covers of their songs and played them for my friends who encouraged me to learn more and start playing live shows.
In the mid ‘80’s, I attended a few parties at a hunting lease in Pipe Creek Texas in which I heard songs about hog hunting, drinking, and college party life played around the campfire. These young original songwriters gave me a few tips and inspired my journey into writing my own music. I mix up my songwriting genre and keep you yearning for the next one.
